We are sending this communication to inform you about a planned change activity. CUSTOMER ACTION MAY BE REQUIRED
Work performed on: PS core and for that is offloading traffic from one of the MMEs.
Traffic disturbance is expected due to this change. Impact expected due to this change.
Start time of maintenance: 2025-09-01 18:30 CE(S)T End time of maintenance: 2025-09-01 20:00 CE(S)T Enterprise disturbance time: 3h 30 min Enterprise impact: For units affected by last weeks incident may experience degraded service
Worst case scenario: Units stops communicate and needs a restart
Location of works: Impacted Country: Only SE
Change reason: Telia Sweden is doing planned works in PS Core and for that is offloading traffic from one of the MMEs. The previous similar action was performed last week Wednesday afternoon and impacted especially number of NB-IoT devices causing them to loose data connectivity - thereby this notification was published for coming maintenance works. Such traffic offload actions are performed for all PS Core upgrades and thus if customer has not earlier been affected by such action, they should not expect to get impacted this time either.
Changes of parameter settings with the purpose to optimize functionality or correct node or customer problems
