Work Performed On Maintenance of the Telia IoT Connect platform application servers. A number of defects will be resolved.
Expected Impact During the maintenance window:
Portal logins will be unavailable Customer Portal may be temporarily inaccessible No impact is expected on active IoT traffic, connectivity, or live sessions Traffic disturbance is limited to portal access.
Maintenance Window Start: 2026 04 07 16:00 CET End: 2026 04 07 17:00 CET
Enterprise disturbance time: During the full window Enterprise impact: Temporary inability to log in to the portals
Worst case scenario: Extended login unavailability until the maintenance work has been completed.
