To make sure you get the best experience, we’re migrating our IoT connectivity management platform to Google’s cloud-based infrastructure. This move will improve scalability, performance, and reliability. You don’t need to do a thing — your services will continue as usual without any disruptions.
The migration, managed with our partner Aeris, will start at the end of 2024 and run through 2025. Once completed, your data will be securely handled in Google’s data centers in the Netherlands, safeguarded with top-tier encryption. Key benefits for you: • Easily scale your operations and get quicker access to new features and services. • Built-in redundancy and automatic backups for business continuity and disaster recovery. • Regular updates to keep your services secure and up to date. Migration Timeline: • Phase 1: End of 2024 – Q1 2025. o By the end of 2024: Migration of stateless components that do not store data such as Portal and APIs. o By the end of Q1 2025: Migration of most stateful components, like file systems storing documents. Some stateful components, like certain Oracle database instances, will remain in the private data center until they’re redesigned for the cloud. We’ll share more details when available.
