Our technicians have fixed the fault that caused widespread disruptions to our services.
This means that everything is gradually getting back up and running for those of our customers who were affected by this.
We regret any problems this may have caused our customers.
We have located and fixed a power fault that caused technical faults on certain services in parts of our network.
Our technicians will now do a deeper analysis of how the fault could have occurred so that we can ensure that it does not happen again.

Troubleshooting is ongoing with the highest priority. Our technicians are on site to locate the cause of the problems you are experiencing.
We cannot currently give an exact time for when the error will be fixed, but we are working intensively to resolve it as quickly as possible.
