Expected Impact During the maintenance window: Login to the platform and related portals may be temporarily unavailable Existing login sessions may be interrupted No impact is expected on active IoT traffic, connectivity, or live sessions Traffic disturbance is limited to authentication and portal access.
Maintenance Window Start: 2026‑04‑16 16:00 CET End: 2026‑04‑16 18:00 CET Enterprise disturbance time: During the full window
Enterprise impact: Temporary inability to log in to portals and access authentication‑protected services Worst case scenario: Extended login unavailability until authentication services are fully restored

Impacted Country SE Reason for Change To enable additional platform features and improve user management capabilities through configuration updates. These changes support new functionality and enhancements within the Telia IoT Connect platform. We recommend saving any ongoing work in advance and avoiding login attempts during the maintenance window.
