We are sending this communication to inform you about a planned change activity.
CUSTOMER ACTION IS REQUIRED

Please update the endpoints of your implementation by end May 2024 – new URLs are already available.

Start time of transition maintenance: 2024-06-01


Dear Telia IoT Portal User,

Please note that the old ‘Ericsson’ URLs of IoT APIs and interfaces shall be taken out of use June 1st 2024. Thereby please update the endpoints of your implementation by end May 2024 – new URLs are already available.

SOAP and REST APIs:
baseURL https://iotportal.teliacompany.com remains the main Portal and API endpoint of Telia IoT. However, if you use the old ‘Ericsson’ API URL https://m2m.dcp.ericsson.net then please replace it with https://iotportal.teliacompany.com by end May 2024.

SMS Messaging Interface (SMS REST API):
Old baseURL https://exposureapi.dcp.ericsson.net shall get terminated June 1st 2024. Please start using https://sms.iot-api.aeris.com instead.

SMPP interface:
Old endpoint smpp.dcp.ericsson.net shall get terminated June 1st 2024. Please start using smpp.iot-api.aeris.com instead.

STOMP notifications:
baseURL wss://iotportal.teliacompany.com remains as is.


Portal and API endpoint IP address change

We are also relocating our endpoints to a new infrastructure. Thereby systems using IP address allow lists to access IoT Portal or APIs must update their allow lists before June 1st 2024 to avoid service interruption.

The following IP address should be added to the allow list, if applicable:
• IP address: 34.160.54.121
