Start time of maintenance: 2025-05-18 16:00 CE(S)T End time of maintenance: 2025-05-18 22:00 CE(S)T Enterprise disturbance time: 120 min Enterprise impact: • File Transfer Service (FTP/SFTP): - Up to 15 minutes file transfer unavailability for: CDR/XDR, invoice, audit , SIM/eUICC orders, external provisioning files (.csv) - Connectivity details: 193.181.246.62 • API service / External provisioning / SEES: - Up to 15 minutes downtime for API service: subscription requests for SEES operators will close without provisioning event sent (towards CSP) - Connectivity details: 193.181.246.96, 193.181.246.97, 193.181.245.96, 193.181.245.97 • Device Localization Service: - Up to 15 minutes downtime for Device Localization Services. Subscription Management access (ES2 and ES4 interfaces - WebService) between IoTA and "SIM providers" will be down for a maximum of 15 minutes. eUICC profile changes will NOT be available which can lead to device connectivity failure - Connectivity details: ehub.iot-api.aeris.com (193.181.246.181), 129.192.9.9, 129.192.9.10 • Bucket notifications API: -Impact description: Up to 15 minutes downtime for Bucket Notification API. Customers will not receive "Low Bucket", "Empty Bucket" and "Bucket Expiry" notifications -Connectivity details: 193.181.246.96, 193.181.246.97, 193.181.245.96, 193.181.245.97 The services will experience downtime between 17:30 and 19:30 UTC.
