We are sending this communication to inform you regarding the planned change IOTCHG-6973 - STO DWH migration from OVM to OLVM
Please note that the change is expected to be service-affecting.
Maintenance window: Start time of maintenance: September 13th, 15:00 UTC End time of maintenance: September 13th, 21:00 UTC
Impact: The following capabilities will be temporarily unavailable for approximately 30 minutes between 15:00 and 18:00: UTC: o Usage reports & invoices - Unavailable - report generation and downloads suspended o Traffic analytics & usage dashboards - Unavailable - portal analytics pages will not load o Subscription search (via API/portal) - May encounter failures
Impacted regions: SE, NO, DK, FI
Customer action may be required during or after this maintenance.
Reason for maintenance: The DWH database will be migrated to OLVM/ Alletra (new hypervisor and storage), allowing the legacy storage and hypervisors to be decommissioned.
