We are sending this communication to inform you about a planned change activity.
Traffic disturbance is expected due to this change.
Start time of maintenance: 2024-04-17 02:00 CEST End time of maintenance: 2024-04-17 05:00 CEST Enterprise disturbance time: During the scheduled time window, approximately 10min outage per site.
Work performed on: RAN.
Location of works: Norway Geographical area: Troms og Finnmark, Vestland, Nordland, Svalbard
Enterprise impact: Software will be activated by a node restart of all nodes in the announced areas. 10 minutes outage on LTE (4G) cells during node restart, many nodes are multitech nodes so 2G and 5G will also be affected.
Change reason: Software upgrade to last decided software level.
Impacted Country: NO.
