Expected impact includes: • SMPP bind disconnections for SMSC accounts hosted on the AMS SMSC • SMS traffic interruption for services routed via AMS SMSC • Approximate service interruption duration: up to 1 hour during the maintenance window The STO SMSC cluster will remain fully operational and unaffected during this activity.

Customer action may be required during or after this maintenance. Action Required from Partners: To avoid service disruption, partners are strongly advised to proactively migrate SMPP binds from AMS SMSC to STO SMSC prior to the maintenance window. In addition, Aeris recommends avoiding the execution of SMS campaigns during the maintenance window to minimize the risk of traffic disruption or delivery delays. If SMPP binds remain connected to AMS during the activity: • Existing binds will disconnect • SMS traffic over those binds may fail until the maintenance is completed and services are restored
